On EAD you can work multiple jobs, accept payment or stocks or compensation from any employer.
By the way, in H1B you can accept "profit on passive investment".
Alright so it is better then i dont take any equity at all untill i get greencard?

I read somewhere that the new memo is effective immediately. So you should consult with your immigration attorney soon. You might be able to take advantage of the new memo and get 6 years of H1b.

Hi,
I don't have any intention to change job after I pass 180 days of my I485 receipt date. But these are my concerns
If I get the green card, Is it mandatory to work for the original sponsor company for 6 months? or AC21 Portability will work in this case.
What if the following happens when I get the green card
1. Layoff from the sponsor company
2. Sponsor is out of business or compony does not exists
3. Refuse to give employment

My wife was also in the same situation. We hired a good Driving Violations lawyer. He reduced it to a no points 'Reckless Driving' ticket. It did increase our insurance premiums but no other effect.

Since the insurance took care of the other party, I am sure our premium will increase but that is not the worry, just want to make sure she is cleared and her immigration process is not affected. My immigration attorney just confirmed that it should not be a issue because even if judge sentences the max sentence is 60 days jail or $500 fine, I would prefer the later, but I am sure the case will not go that far because I am hiring a attorney.
The green card process will be a issue only if the sentence is more than a year, as per my attorney.

Shameful, yes, but inevitable, because corruption feeds on desperation. Once you are on EAD, you cannot go go back to H1B. The reason is by working on EAD you showed an intent to immigrate and where as H1B is a non-immigrant visa

Never thought it would take so long for receipting, and worried something wrong in my application..

You are not supposed to work on EAD until unless it�s renewed that is sure, you can work on H1B for your H1B employer if H1B is not revoked.

I wasnt aware of this...no wonder why somoene hwoam u know whose visa is expiring and no GC field yet.. the company filed a L1 for him and planninhg to send him overseas...
